Pinky's Automotive Pasadena

One month ago I went at this place with my car thinking that it's a right and reliable place, they charge me for diagnostic, tax, parts and labor, my car still with the same issue and they can't explain to me what's going on. Don't bring your car here because they can't fix fix difficult problems, I was Pinky's customer when they were in Hollywood but in Pasadena no more.

I’ve had my vehicle serviced at Pinks Automotive and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, honest, and efficient, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Pinks Automotive to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

I’ve been going to Pinky’s in Hollywood for YEARS! It’s nice to know that there are two different locations I can depend on! Eddie has always been helpful with any questions or concerns, I’ve had, throughout the years! He is very knowledgeable and dependable and has always been there to help with my car issues! Any issue I’ve had with my car has been fixed in a timely manner. I’ve never had to go back with the same issue. Thank you, Eddie!

It’s great to see this new location open, and it definitely lives up to the reputation of their original shop. Eddie is super friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The turnaround time was quick, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work provided. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family!
